จุดมุ่งหมายของการเรียนการสอนในระดับประถมศึกษาก็คือการจัดการเรียนที่มีคุณภาพ มุ่งเน้นความ สำคัญทั้งด้านความรู้ ความคิด ความสามารถ คุณธรรมและความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคม เพื่อพัฒนาผู้เรียนให้มี ความสมดุล โดยยึดหลักผู้เรียนสำคัญที่สุด ในบรรยากาศที่อบอุ่น ได้รับความรัก และความเอาใจใส่อย่างดีจากครูอาจารย์ ซึ่งจะช่วยกระตุ้นให้เกิดบรรยากาศการเรียนรู้ที่ดีในโรงเรียน
